Acquia Lift includes several interfaces that you can use to interact with stored visitor data. These interfaces are exposed as APIs that you can use to both import and export data from the Acquia Lift SaaS service.

- Content Hub API - Enables you to create custom applications that publish, update, and consume content, and then render that content natively
- Decision API - Enables you to set and review administrative functions for how decisions about content may be displayed to users
- File Import API - Enables you to import user information from other sources into Acquia Lift
- Profiles API - Enables integration between Acquia Lift and other websites
- Push API - Enables real-time sending of notifications when users enter selected segments

Acquia Lift both provides and supports the ability to connect to several different automated marketing software products.
Using a provided connector enables you to import stored user information and combine it with Acquia Lift profiles, which can then be connected with your visitors' activities. Activities are visitors' actions on and off of your website, such as receiving an email or downloading a whitepaper. This additional data provides deeper insights into visitors' identities, preferences, and behavior both on your website and through other channels such as email.
You can use this data to create segments and target visitors with personalized content. For example, you can create a segment that includes visitors who have clicked a link for a particular email marketing campaign, and then target those visitors with personalized web experiences.

- Experience Builder
Instead of having to use a separate application with its own interface and API to target content to your customers, Acquia Lift features a collection of modules that integrates tightly with Drupal, allowing you to leverage the Drupal skills and knowledge you've developed from maintaining your website. Using these modules, you can create personalizations that target your website's content to the segments you create using Profile Manager, even if some of your websites aren't using Drupal.

Content Hub is a cloud-based, centralized content distribution and syndication solution that provides you with the ability to share and enrich content throughout a network of content sources (including Drupal websites) with extensible, open APIs. It is a high-performance, scalable offering that connects content bidirectionally across multiple systems. It enables enterprises that operate many digital properties to effectively publish, reuse, and syndicate content across a variety of content sources and publishing channels.
