In his role he meets with customers and prospects to talk about how a Digital Experience Platform (DXP) helps organizations deliver exceptional digital experiences to their users. Discussions go way beyond just Content Management Systems (CMS), but into complex systems that collect, store, distribute and analyze data in the background as users visit their digital properties.
