Since June 2024, I have been serving as a Technical Support Manager and Drupal Engineer at iSpectra, where I am responsible for supervising departmental processes, reporting, and maintaining the infrastructure for our clients.I recently earned the Acquia Site Builder - Drupal 11 certification, further solidifying my expertise in Drupal site development and management.

I initially joined iSpectra in 2022 as a Drupal Developer, where I also took on a pivotal role within the Technical Support team, contributing to both client success and infrastructure operations.

Through my role as Technical Support Manager, I successfully led improvements that elevated our service performance metrics — boosting the SLA success rate to over 95%, maintaining consistent excellence in Time to First Response and Time to Resolution, with no SLA breaches during this period.
In addition, I contributed to establishing the department's internal structure, processes, and operational guidelines, ensuring a more efficient, scalable, and quality-driven workflow.

I have extensive experience in building and maintaining dynamic websites across a wide range of industries, including Government, Media, Financial Services, and businesses of all sizes.

Throughout my career, I have worked closely with teams and clients from around the globe, including KSA, UAE, USA, Europe, and India.

I am a strong team player, consistently striving to be a key contributor and always seizing opportunities to excel. I take pride in my communication skills, leadership mindset, and commitment to helping colleagues grow and succeed.

My background combines deep technical expertise, business acumen, and client-facing abilities, enabling me to drive maximum value while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction without unnecessary complexity.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering (2021), graduating with a GPA of 81 ("Very Good") and earning recognition on the Hall of Honor throughout my academic career.
