Luis Cuellar
Team Lead Agileana
I’ve been with Agileana for over 17 years, growing from team leader and project manager to a process improvement specialist. With deep knowledge of our operations and web development workflows, I help the company scale and adapt as projects and teams become more complex. I shifted my focus to process improvement when it became clear that growth demanded standardized processes, solid documentation, and organization-wide training. Today, I’m driven by efficiency, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
I’ve contributed to high-profile projects for NASA, The White House, the U.S. Forest Service, and the FCC, experiences that have taught me more than any course. A highlight was NASA’s TechPort, where I collaborated with JPL and other agencies and accepted the NASA Group Achievement Award on behalf of Agileana.
I’m guided by a few core principles:
-
Integrity in everything I do
-
Proactively solving problems before they escalate
-
Attention to detail
-
A methodical, structured approach
Beyond individual projects, my impact lives in the systems, processes, and standards I’ve helped establish. I believe that with the right foundation, any team can perform at its best, and I work every day to build and strengthen that foundation.
