Senior Customer Experience Designer Acquia

Jillian is a Senior Customer Experience Designer on Acquia's UX team. Her focus is on ensuring a delightful and accessible user experience across Acquia's products and services. She joined Acquia in 2020 at the height of the Covid pandemic and shortly after joined the Drupal community. She has made significant contributions in the UX space at Acquia as well as in Drupal, starting with the Auto Updates initiative (working alongside the Acquia DAT team). Jillian is currently working on the Project Browser MVP designs.
Before coming to Acquia, Jillian worked at the Boston Tea Party Museum, first as an actor and then moving on into Service Design and UX design.
