Tristan is the Incident Manager for Acquia DAM. His prior Help Desk experience lead to him joining the Acquia DAM team as a Software Support Specialist in 2019. His passion for learning and desire to solve problems for other people soon lead to him joining the Technical Support Team, and eventually his current position. When not dealing with incidents or preventing them, Tristan spends him time focusing on hunting bugs and making sure escalations move as smoothly as possible.
Outside of work he has three amazing dogs and when not spending time with them, he is gardening, hiking, reading, playing video games or learning to play the bass.
